At FITUEYES, we want you to be fully satisfied with your home furniture purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
